What services do you offer?We offer 2 main service tiers designed to meet different needs: Blueprint: Includes property design, mood boards, curated shopping lists, and a setup guide for self-execution. Concierge: All features of the Blueprint Package plus hands-on installation, furniture assembly, and staging.

How do I know what package is right for me?If you want a DIY approach with professional design guidance, the Blueprint Package is ideal. If you prefer a full-service, hands-off solution, the Concierge Package is the best fit.

How much do your services cost?Every short-term rental property is unique, and so are its design needs. We customize each plan to maximize your property's earning potential and guest appeal. Pricing is quote-based and depends on the size of the property, the scope of work, and the level of service required. To receive a tailored quote and learn how we can help you launch a standout, revenue-boosting space, simply request a consultation.

How long does the process take?The timeline depends on the service tier, scope and property size: Blueprint: Typically 5-14 days to finalize the design and deliver materials. Concierge: 3–8 weeks, including design, ordering, and installation.

Do you offer consultations?Yes, we offer an in person property walkthrough or virtual consultation for $250/hour. This fee is credited toward your project if you proceed with one of our packages.

Do you handle purchasing furniture and décor?Yes. For the Concierge Package, we handle everything from sourcing to delivery and assembly. For the Blueprint Package, we provide a curated shopping list for you to execute.

What areas do you serve?We primarily serve South Florida but offer virtual design services to clients across the nation. For our Concierge and Bespoke services, we are available to travel directly to your property, ensuring a seamless, hands-on experience wherever you are located.
